Representative Dan Crenshaw, a Republican member of Congress, recently addressed issues related to conservatism and personal life in a series of posts on his social media account.
On October 31, 2025, Crenshaw posted: “If your “conservatism” flirts with antisemitism, it’s not conservatism. We’re defenders of truth, not blind tribalism. You can’t save Western Civilization while echoing its oldest hatreds.”
In another post dated November 1, 2025, he shared a more personal moment: “Her reaction was a mix of excitement, terror, and confusion. She loves the minions so as a girl dad, you dress up as a minion. Happy Halloween!!”
Later that same day, Crenshaw made another statement regarding conservative values: “If your “conservatism” flirts with underage girls it’s not conservatism.”
Crenshaw has represented Texas’s 2nd congressional district since 2019 and has consistently secured re-election in recent cycles. In the 2024 general election, he defeated Peter Filler with 65.7% of the vote to Filler’s 34.3%. He also won previous elections against Robin Fulford in 2022 (65.9% to 34%), Sima Ladjevardian in 2020 (55.6% to 42.8%), and Todd Litton in 2018 (52.8% to 45.6%).
