Dan Crenshaw, currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Texas’ 2nd district, has taken to social media to express his views on various national policies and recent actions by the government. Known for his strong opinions and clear stances, Crenshaw continues to address key issues impacting the nation.

On May 20, 2025, Crenshaw commented on ongoing efforts by President Biden and Secretary Kennedy to eliminate race-based Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. He suggested that “the Social Vulnerability Index should be next on the chopping block”, criticizing it for favoring “a wealthy, majority-nonwhite county” over “a poor, white, opioid-ravaged town.” He labeled this practice as “race-based discrimination.”

The following day, May 21, 2025, Crenshaw reflected on remarks made by former President Trump regarding America’s future. He stated that Trump had reminded citizens of their shared goal: “the Golden Age of America.” According to Crenshaw, achieving this vision necessitates legislative action in the form of what he termed as “The One, Big, Beautiful Bill.”

In another post from May 21st, Crenshaw reported on actions taken against criminal organizations threatening U.S. interests. He mentioned that Cartel del Noreste had been involved in violent activities against a U.S. Consulate but faced financial repercussions when “@USTreasury cut off their cash.”

Dan Crenshaw was born in Aberdeen in 1984 and resides in Humble. A graduate of Tufts University with a BA obtained in 2006, he succeeded Ted Poe in Congress in 2019.
