Morgan Luttrell, a Congressman representing Texas’ 8th district, has been vocal on social media about various issues. On January 30, 2025, he commented on the Trump administration’s efforts against cartels and illegal immigration. He stated that “The Trump administration is taking the fight to the cartels and illegal immigrants who threaten our way of life. Deportations are up, and that’s a win for the American people.”

On January 31, 2025, Luttrell highlighted a local business in Conroe. He described Turrango’s Dry Fire Range as an innovative concept in shooting sports by stating ” Small Business Spotlight! Turrango’s Dry Fire Range in Conroe is redefining shooting sports—think Top Golf, but for firearm training! Founded by Joe & Cyndi Turrigiano, it’s a safe, ammo-free, and fun way to build skills.”

Later that day, Luttrell expressed support for President Trump’s policies on border security and deportation of criminal aliens. He noted that “We’re seeing real results under President Trump—criminal aliens are being deported, and our borders are more secure. This is the leadership our country needs.”
